How to reach us — corrections, questions, partnerships, and vendor requests.

Found an error?
This is the message we most want to receive. Send us the page and what's wrong, and we'll verify it. When we've published something materially incorrect, we fix it and add a dated correction note to the page.
We don't silently edit substantive claims.
General enquiries
Questions about the content, a product you bought, or anything else — send them over. We read everything.
Vendors and software companies
If we got a fact wrong about your product, send the specifics and we'll re-test. We correct errors quickly.
If you'd like us to review your product, tell us what it does and who it's for. Two things to know up front:
- We only rate products we've used, with a real account. We'll need access to test properly.
- A review can't be bought, and neither can a rating. We may earn affiliate commission if we recommend you, but that has no bearing on the score. See our review process.
Sponsorships
WealthLink Weekly has clearly-labeled sponsor placements. Sponsors cannot buy editorial coverage, and sponsorship never affects what we write about you or your competitors. Details on how we make money.
What we can't help with
We can't give you personalized advice. Not by email, not informally, not "just a quick question." We're a publisher, not a licensed adviser, and we don't know your situation.
For personal guidance, please talk to a professional licensed in your jurisdiction — a CPA or EA for tax, an attorney for legal questions, a licensed mortgage professional for lending, or a qualified financial adviser for investments.
This isn't us being unhelpful. Giving specific financial advice without knowing your full picture would be irresponsible, and in some areas it would be illegal.
Response times
We aim to reply within a few business days. Corrections get priority over everything else.
