Privacy Policy
What data WealthLink collects, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect
When you subscribe. Your email address, and the pillar or page you subscribed from so we can send you relevant content rather than everything we publish.
When you buy something. Your name, email, and billing details. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
When you use a calculator. Calculations run in your browser. We don't store the figures you enter unless you explicitly ask us to email your results, in which case we store what's needed to send that one email.
Automatically. Standard analytics — pages viewed, approximate location by country, device and browser type, and how you arrived. We use this to understand what content is useful, not to build profiles of individuals.
What we do with it
- Send you the newsletter and content you asked for
- Deliver products you purchased and provide support
- Understand which content helps people, so we make more of it
- Meet legal and tax obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your email address with advertisers or sponsors.
Cookies
See our cookie policy for detail. In short: we use essential cookies to make the site work, and analytics cookies only where permitted. Non-essential cookies are off until you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share data with
Only service providers who need it to do their job for us:
- Email platform — to send the newsletter
- Payment processor — to take payments
- Analytics provider — to measure site usage
- Hosting provider — to serve the site
Each is bound to use the data only for the service they provide us. We may also disclose information where legally required.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we don't email you again by accident
- Customers — as long as needed for support, warranty, and tax record-keeping
- Analytics — in aggregated form, on a rolling retention window
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Port your data to another service
- Opt out of sale or sharing — which is straightforward for us, because we don't do it
To exercise any of these, email us via contact. We'll respond within the timeframe our applicable law requires. We won't discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Unsubscribing is faster than any of the above: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise — but we don't store what we don't need, which is the most effective protection available.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
International transfers
We're based in the United States, and your data may be processed there. Where we transfer data from other jurisdictions, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and — for significant changes affecting how we use your data — notify subscribers by email.
